The project required detailed coordination across demolition, services upgrades, internal partitioning, and precision finishing in a services-intensive medical environment.
Scope included demolition, electrical and mechanical upgrades, fire and hydraulic integration, partitioning, waterproofing, tiling and flooring, custom joinery, FF&E installation, and specialist medical equipment integration.
Delivery within a clinical setting demanded structured sequencing, compliance management, coordination with equipment suppliers, and accurate set-out in accordance with manufacturer specifications to ensure correct installation and operational performance.

SPECIALIST MEDICAL CLINIC REFURBISHMENT

Full strip-out and refurbishment works delivered across multiple levels within a live commercial building.
Pre-Construction & Commercial Coordination
Following tender award, involvement included trade scope preparation, RFQ review, comparison schedule compilation, purchase order review, and drawing coordination prior to site commencement.
Variation management was structured to support cost control and minimise commercial exposure.
Site Supervision & Delivery
All areas were stripped back and rebuilt, including bathrooms, DDA-compliant amenities, lift lobbies, and multiple tenancies.
Works were delivered simultaneously across several floors within an operational building, requiring disciplined sequencing, live-environment coordination, and strict safety oversight.
Scope included demolition, services reconfiguration (electrical, mechanical, fire, hydraulic, and security systems), partitioning, flooring replacement, waterproofing and tiling, joinery installation, and FF&E placement. Selected tenancies were refurbished in line with issued design documentation to enhance asset performance and leasing outcomes.

MULTI-LEVEL COMMERCIAL REFURBISHMENT
SYDNEY, NSW

Supervision of a full commercial fit-out within a prominent CBD building, delivered for an international corporate tenant under a fixed occupation deadline.
The project commenced from a cold shell condition and included complete services installation, internal reconfiguration, and high-end workplace finishing across multiple zones.
Scope included lift lobby upgrade, commercial kitchen installation, meeting rooms, quiet zones, open workstations, male, female and DDA-compliant amenities, and breakout areas. In parallel, base building hydraulic upgrades were delivered, including installation of new pipework through a 15-metre vertical riser within confined space conditions using internal scaffold access.
Mechanical installation was executed from first principles across the entire floorplate, incorporating full ductwork, piping, and plant integration. Works were coordinated alongside concurrent activities on an additional level within the building.
With the lease executed and tenant move-in date confirmed, delivery was programmed to a non-negotiable completion milestone. The project required disciplined sequencing, tight trade coordination, controlled variation management, and proactive issue resolution to ensure practical completion without delay.
