Our supervisors are experienced in commercial and fit-out environments, confident across trades, and consistent in documentation and safety practice. We conduct toolbox talks, inductions, safety walks, and issue daily reports and weekly summaries as required. We aim to match the professionalism and systems of the person we’re backing up — no shortcuts, no assumptions.
To guarantee a smooth handover and quality delivery, the client agrees to:
• Advise in advance which systems, apps, or digital tools are required on site.
• Provide access (logins or credentials) to relevant apps, forms, or dashboards.
• Inform us of all site-specific induction requirements before the first shift.
• Introduce our supervisor to building management or facility contacts if needed.
• Provide contact access to all relevant trades, consultants, or staff expected on site.
• Nominate a contact person for briefing and check-ins during coverage.
Our Commitment
We’re happy to visit your office before the first shift to:
• Review the program, confirm booked trades, and flag potential risks.
• Discuss reporting formats, permits, or special site access needs.
• Establish communication expectations for daily updates and reports.
• Align on the level of involvement and supervision style required.

This handover time is charged as per the agreed supervision rates.
