OPTIONAL PRE-START HANDOVER
WE ARE HAPPY TO VISIT YOUR OFFICE BEFORE THE FIRST SHIFT TO
  • Advise in advance which systems, apps, or digital tools are required on site
  • Provide access (logins or credentials) to relevant apps, forms, or dashboards
  • Inform us of all site-specific induction requirements before the first shift
  • Introduce our supervisor to building management or facility contacts if needed
  • Provide contact access to all relevant trades, consultants, or staff expected on site
  • Nominate a contact person for briefing and check-ins during coverage
CLIENT SETUP RESPONSIBILITIES
TO GUARANTEE SMOOTH HANDOVER AND QUALITY DELIVERY, THE CLIENT AGREES TO
Handover time will be charged as per provided site supervisors rates.

I started Edelweiss after years of working in Sydney construction, surrounded by chaos I couldn’t ignore.
I saw good subcontractors burned by poor planning, and clients left with a process that didn’t match the result.
I care too much to work like that.
